This isn't going to make much sense...

...but I'll still try to explain. I recently learned how to save pictures that other peeps have loaded onto Facebook. Do you even know what this means? Not only will I be able to fill my blog with countless numbers of my own pictures, but now the doors have been opened to thousands of other pictures as well!
Let's all take a second to gather ourselves; I know I need to.
.
.
.
Without further adieu I now present a wholelotta pictures taken over the course of about 3 years, most of which aren't at all related. :) I just love this!

Scene: Philomath Frolic Parade
Super Midget in her super red kicks
Scene: downstairs bathroom
What I'm told is that Natty had dirty feet and Jessica just couldn't handle it. She's going to make one helluva mother someday! Scene: Easter at Mom and Dad's
Even with a pic like this, I still can't come up with something kitchy to say about it. I must be loosing my touch. Sniff. :( Scene: Mom and Dad's house, post Philomath Frolic BBQ
This is the look of a weary and tired Midget unwilling to close her eyes and nap for fear of missing out on a second of fun Scene: my house, 4th of July parrrrrtay
Roughly 10:30 pm and Ashley was too tired to cooperate. That and she was nursing burnt fingers from her sparkler debacle. I, on the other hand, am always party-smile ready. It's part of my charm. Scene: Philomath Frolic Parade, right smack dab in the middle of the main parade route
Don't ask why, but at one point during the parade Natty packed it up and parked herself in the middle of the street. I guess she felt like her chances to score more candy where better there? Scene: My house
There's one 1 way to be when Robyn (with a 'Y':) ) and Uncle Isaiah are around and that's GoOfY! Scene: My house, 4th of July party, 10:40 pm
Midget still tired and in need of sleep, but that doesn't keep Mommy and Auntie A down! Scene: My casa
Who on earth knows what Natty Kat was up to at this point. Your guess is as good as mine. Scene: Mom and Dad's house, December 24, 2007
Ashley and Poppie's first meeting; boy I'd love to know what he's thinking Scene: Backyard at Mom and Dad's house
Total and complete happiness Scene: Mom and Dad's
It's a sickness, really, my desire to dress them alike. I just can't help myself. These girls are my accessories. Is that a crime? Scene: Kathy and Danny's casa
Wy Wy's just not feeling the cousin love. Either that or he's ticked his mama dressed him in a pink shirt. Scene: Mom and Dad's
With her long blond hair, it won't be long until Natty is pulling a Lady Godiva. Lord help Jake and I. Scene: McMenamin's Rooftop
A (obvious!) much needed night out with friends, food and spirits! Scene: FroYo in Corvallis
Even at 11 months Natty was making crazy facesScene: Newport Aquarium
Isn't it obvious? We're being eaten by Jaws. Scene: Katie and Andy's nuptials
Another walk down the aisle
Scene: Rocket ship park
My girls enjoying a trip to the park with Daddy
Scene: McD's - yum!
A much needed lunch break after an afternoon of shopping with Auntie A
Scene: 2007 Thanksgiving at Mom and Dad's
Giant belly and bad hair. Oh the memories!
Scene: Natty's room
I have officially lost control of this monkey - she got up on her changing table unassisted
Scene: Robyn and Isaiah's
Chilling with my buddy
Scene: Roby and Isaiah's
Stealing a kiss when I can
Scene: Our house
Natty snuggles before I hit the road for Brasada Ranch
Scene: Sheridan Days Parade
Working out some craziness, waiting for the parade to begin
Scene: Todd and Jolina's house
Arrrrgh matey. 7up? Where be me beer?
Scene: Morning in the living room at our castle
Even though I rip on you and try to tear out your hair, I still love you Tissy
Scene: Our house
Who's the bigger child? You decide.
Scene: Irate Diesel Performance - AKA our shop - AKA "Jeff's House" as called by Midget
Thirsty little things - and yes Ash is rocking her jammers. She got a new pair and couldn't wait to put them on despite the 8o* temp at 5 pm
Scene: Chicago, Illinois
Look closely and you'll see Riane-On-a-Stick, surrounded by her beautiful friends Jill, Paige and Adrianne
Scene: Our bedroom, my side of the bed
I don't know why you're screaming and crying, Natalie. I'm the one that has to sort through the mess you just made of my entire jewelry box (she tipped it over, little sheister)
PS Upon seeing this picture, Jake's friend Sam said "Whoa. Where'd you get the Mister T starter set?" Always the comedian that Sam is!
Scene: Pool at Sissie's place
Catch me Auntie A!
PS What you don't realize is how awesome it is that Ash would even jump in. She barely wanted to touch the water, and that was WITH her puddle jumper on. This was after I pulled her out to have a snack, before she put her puddle jumper back on. She cruised right in like she owned the place!
Scene: Lindsay and Shaun's casa, Bellingham, WA
Nighty night Tissy, sweet dreams
Scene: Willamette Valley Medical Center, pre-op room
How to calm pre-surgery nerves? Put a hospital surgery cap on your 15 month old!
Scene: Car ride home after Natty's ear surgery
Our new and improved Natty Kat, now equipped with ear tubes
Scene: Robyn and Isaiah's pad
Remember what I said earlier about stealing a kiss when I could? The opportunity presented itself, so I had no choice but to take it.
Scene: Our bed
Sister hugs in the morning; the best way to start your day

All the waiting and praying...

...finally paid off when Shawna and Jessica pulled into the driveway after making the looooong trek out from South Dakota.
We were lucky enough to get to spend a few days with them before they made their way down to Medford for their first travel nursing job. It's always good times when Jessica and The Wifey come to visit (Ha ha ha! I crack myself up!).

Limes (intended for Corona)...Not...
...a...
...fan
The attempt at a group shot was an epic fail - notice in the back right of the picture how I'm holding up Natty in.her.highchair. just because I wasn't about to ask my family to hold still 1 more second
Know what I love about self portraits? Everything.
Somebody is excited for coconut cake
Quickest way to become Ashley's bestie? Bubbles.
Oh the joys of the nedi pot
Snuggling in with Robyn and Uncle Isaiah
Midget *really* loves her some sour cream, by the spoonful. No joke.
Cuddling with my Aunt Shawna, wondering if I can sneak a sip
Strike-a-pose
Using my charming smile to convince Shawna and Jessica to stay longer
Hugs all around, Molly included, before Shawna and Jessica hit the road for Medford

Frolicking good time

Even years after I moved away from Philomath, I still find myself there the 2nd weekend in July for the ever famous Philomath Frolic & Rodeo. As the daughter of an old queen (he he because 1973 was ages ago!), it's almost like a requirement. :)
Plus the girls are pro-parade this summer, so the chance for them to collect more candy, wear cute outfits and generally dazzle the public with their glamor, fashion and adorableness is always a must. It's like Midget and Spunky are doing the world a favor!

Getting antsy waiting for the parade to start
Nana with her girls
Ashley checking out pics of Abby's grandson. A possible arranged marriage?
Natty Kat practicing her "Toss-some-of-that-candy-my-way!" smile
Super excited to be hanging with Auntie A
Stretching out before it's time to go running after all that candy (check out those awesome kicks!)
The candy-pick-up shuffle
Ashley loved yelling "Throw some candy in my bag!" to the parade-participants. And yes, yes she stole that line from her mommy.
2nd dude from the right? That's my famous Dad - go Shriners!
1 sticky candy + dropping sticky candy on the ground + picking it up and shoving it back into the mouth = a face like this:
Self portrait. Surprised? You'd better not be.
Midget was worn OUT and was thankful Auntie A was there to lean on
