We picked just about the only nice day in October to visit the pumpkin patch. It wasn't exactly the best weather, but it wasn't raining and that was good enough for us. Too bad it was the same day as the Zombie Run at the pumpkin patch. In addition to a few extra hundred folks milling about, some of them were in some seriously grotesque costumes that made for good times when it came to explaining their get-ups to the minis.
Despite the zombie freaks, a good time was still had by all. Even by yours truly who got to maneuver and breast feed Keely while on a hay ride. Never thought I'd be doing that in the hay. I thought it was for rolling around in??! I guess maybe I wouldn't have had to feed my baby had I not been rolling about, huh?

Even after 4 years of visiting Heiser Pumpkin Patch I still haven't figured out what this is supposed to be? I know the things on the outside are pig bums, right?
