Christmas warm-up

It seemed every time we turned around last week there was a present for one of the girls to open - and it wasn't even Christmas yet! We're so blessed to be surrounded by family and friends that seem to live to spoil our girls. At one point Jake and I began to wonder if Ashley was going to wake up the next morning asking for more presents because they just kept piling up. Lucky girl!
Angie and her family came over Wednesday and we were lucky enough to have them stay with us. In addition to getting to spend some time with them, it was also a great insight to what our house could potentially sound and look like with 4 children running around! Oh! My! Goodness!!
Ashley just adores Hannah and Christopher and was so pleased to get to play with them. Angie and Chris treated Ashley to Polar Express at the IMAX theater. Boy was she super excited to get to spend a few hours with Hannah and Christopher AND a movie! Thanks Angie and Chris for including Ashley. The report back was that Ashley did great for the first hour and 15 minutes, but once she broke her 3-D glasses, her fun was over. Chris told us that Ashley would put her glasses on, say "Ohh wow look! Isn't that cool?", take them off, and then repeat it all over again! What a corker!
