For those that didn't know, Oregon got hit early with a bit of winter weather a few days before Thanksgiving. I love the snow, even if it does make traveling a bit more complicated!
Tuesday November 23rd, after Ashley's doctors appointment (crappy asthma), we packed up the girls, loaded up the car and headed north to Shaun and Lindsay's house. We didn't know what kind of drive it was going to be, or even if we'd make it all the way, but we were willing to try. Seattle was an icy mess, but luckily I-5 northbound was fairly clear. After being cooped up in the car for over 6 hours, we finally pulled into the driveway. Ashley was overjoyed at being at Shaun and Lindsay's, but also at seeing their Christmas lights bright and shiny!
